Moderator Frame Problem

Please help me with this problem.

If i login as a moderator, in the toper frame, where must appear the moderator frame, yhe page is blank. I try to see the source code in html (when is load in my browser) but there is no cod line.

Another problem is that from time to time any messaje write in chat is shown twice.

P.S. I use version 2.2.0 on a windows 2000 server.

  if you click on an edit-link (appears on any end of line of user spoken lines) you will see a moderation-form.
