I read this, i set it up the way it said to, but still get redirected back to the install with no errors!
PHP.ini file reads
;include_path= ".:/php/includes" ".:/var/www/html/chat/includes"

I have read through all of the posts in the help and discussion, got excited a few times, tried it and it did not work. I have also noticed that there are not to many people willing to help with the install.

  The reason people are not willing to help with the install is because they are Germans and dont like you. Just joking. :-)
  
  The reason no one helps with the install is because so very few actually get the script working. Try a google search on PHPOpenChat and see how very few sites there are that feature it.
  Try an alternate.
