Urgent-Need download taht can be opened

Following MSN's action of closing its chat rooms I need to install phpopenchat. The download of 3.02 gives .tar.tar extension that I cant unpack. Can someone please provide me with an alternative download in .gz or .zip.

I posted the same problem, but support system seems so poor in this forum I am amazed, most of the posts have 0 replies.
Some people suggested to change the extension to tar.gz and then use gunzip to decompress it but in my case that didn't work either. Hopefully some one will post the solution.
masikwha try the download again, I just did and got a .tar.gz, so it looks like someone has fixed the archive, just a sham etaht they didnt tell us as well !
yes, seems like it is working. I used wget to download directly to my server from theirs, it worked or may be finally they fixed it.
Successfully installed but! There was step during the installation to set up admin account.
I still dont' know how to get to admin page or how to configure? Since phpopenchat site is in german there is hardly anything you can learn from there lol and here in the forum hardly anyone ever responds, its kinda sad
If you guys know how to get to admin page pls let me know
