Feature enquiries:
1. Login name in Trad. Chinese
2. Operator can check the primary user name, such as i.p. address, e-mail.
3. Posting time should be shown for each message.
4. Whisper chat should be shown inside a box. (Refer to example A)
Example A:

5. Allow html message (such as <font=5>, Marquee, img src=" ")
6. Allow function in each level (such as Level 1 - private chat Level 2 - html message plus Level 1 fuction, Level 3 - Level 1 + Level 2 function + other . )
7. The gender of user should be selected before login
8. The gender of user should be shown in each message (such as blue for boy & red for girl)
9. The area of dialogue box can be user adjust size
10. Allow admin level can't not display 3 red star in each message and follow user level to display yellow star.
11. Add background color in the message for easily identification it sent to me only.
Bugs:
1. Bug will be made in long message (I guess that the error in Chinese only, please refer to example A)

2. Error will be made in whisper or normal chat (in chineses, please refer to example B). I saw my "whisper to" or "say to" message in chinese is okay but saw other chatter is strange symbol.
