somer users are not really online!

hi! i have the following problem: some users can log in, write, klick and do everything the others can. but they are invisible. when i look into the DB, their ONLINE field is always "0"! very interesting's the fact, that 2 sisters use the same computer with the same connection to the internet. one of them has no problems with her name, the other girl is always invisible. does anybody know why the online-status of some user's never set to "1"??? if i set it manually, everything works fine, until the next logout and login...

How do I set my login state to 1 manually?
All my text shows up in the window but NOBODY elses! When I log out and come back in I see all the text mixed up with my text as normal, then nothing!
I have tried 3 different nicks so it must be address?
I am using Mandrake 9.2 but beause the upgrade was so rubbish from 9.1 it is very basic.

Make sure that de name in the poc_user_account and the poc_user_data is the same en set de login manualy to 1.
