I set up 3 moderated channels with passwords. Public user entered those chatrooms and would see a blank textfield and a submit button of "Unlock Channel". That I can understand. When an operator got in, same thing.
I assumed you entered the password to unlock the channel. I did that. But then whatever I typed, it kept saying the messages have been forwarded to moderator.
So my question is:
1) how can I set up a private channel that only allows a few registered users to get in and chat without going through the moderator?
I promoted a chatter's status to moderator status but it seems to me that user still needs the channel password to get in. Also, even with the moderator status, we still got the message saying that "message has been forwarded to moderator".
How can I get around that?
Many thanks!
