I've had problems with installation on 3.0.0b3 on Windows 2000 - it appears that it's looking for the includes in the wrong places. Just for kicks I decided to install 3.0.0b2 and all appears to work fine. There definitely seems to be a problem with 3.0.0b3 on a Windows 2000 installation. I'll try and figure out what it is and post an update.
