I install everything.

When I complete step five it tells me to "Do a "chmod 644 .htaccess" in <phpopenchat-2.x.x>/html and in <phpopenchat-2.x.x>/includes "chmod 644 defaults_inc.php"

I complete that. When I click on the admin-tool I get this error. "Warning: Failed opening 'defaults_inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /users/iwebland.com/gmwchat/gmw chat/html/admin/index.php on line 18"

Can somebody please help me step by step to resolve this problem?

This is my first experience with PHP.
