phpnuke integration

Hi I tried the procudure on phpnuke /phpopenchat integration but the following error appeared:

Warning: main(header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/htdocs/private/docs/phpnuke/html/phpopenchat/poc.php on line 38

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'header.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/htdocs/private/docs/phpnuke/html/phpopenchat/poc.php on line 38

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: opentable() in /home/httpd/htdocs/private/docs/phpnuke/html/phpopenchat/poc.php on line 39

How can I overcome this? Hope you can help me.

When I open the Block Link "CHat" I created inside phpnuke this error appeared:

"Channel doesn't exists!"

The browser shows this on the address bar:
http://home.domain.com/phpopenchat-3.0.0b8/index.php?use_db_instance=james&channel=

How come this happen. When I already have a working phpopenchat which only needs integration with phpnuke?

Where could I find the fix?

Please help me Iam already stuck for a week now :(
