I get the following error message when I try to unzip phpopenchat3.2 using WinZip10

error reading header after processing 0 entry.

  The downloaded file is sometimes renamed to *.tar.gz.tar (Firefox does this). Find the downloaded file, remove the last .tar and it should open with WinZip.
