#55 Probleme with deleting the Chat

I wanted to delete the chat from my ftp. But i can't delete one file, because it hasn't got the access right (chmod) "EXCUTE". I can't set it because i have no rights to set chmod for this file. The filname is ".htm" in the folder "temp". What can i do?
