#506 3 minor problems??

version 3 installed and up and running at httP;//catholicchat.com/cgi/phpopenchat

unable to log in as administrator,operator etc
wil only send registraion verification to hotmail addy

when ask to display smileys it shows red x for each one need to define path so they can be shown

it remembers my cookie and blanks out login so that i am unable to log in as operator

can you help
if i cant manage it wont use it
i need to set up other moderators etc before i open to public use
