1. When I just open <domain>/phpopenchat/index.php it works fine, but when I type <domain>/phpopenchat (or ..chat/), I get an errorWarning: POC_Template::include_once(<snip>/include/templates/openchat/other.tpl) [function.POC-Template-include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <snip>/include/class.Template.inc on line 331

Warning: POC_Template::include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening '<snip>/include/templates/openchat/other.tpl' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in <snip>/include/class.Template.inc on line 331

2. I can't see why the icons can't be uploaded. I can find any option to change the directory to root so that I can r/w, and other PHP stuff has been able to work.

3. I constantly get a "connnecting" at the top right of the screen." where I think it ought to say "users online".

4. I can't see any options to play a sound if "anyone" comes on line - i.e. to play a sound at each and every message.

5. I got a stack overflow or something which wouldn't let me close the window - and with the constant refresh it kep coming back! I had clicked on someone's name, brought up a window and I think I was closing it.

6. I can see how to speed up the refresh but how about slowing it down? For my application, I really want an "idle" button which slows it down to perhaps 1-4 polls per minute and then plays a sound when it comes up.

7. The "Somebody wants to talk to you window is frustrating". Why not provide a link so that you can find out who it was that wanted to talk to you (it is particularly confusing when you are talking to yourself online)

8. Some of the messages are odd and include "successfully when it should be: "successful" - I can send you a list.

9. I want to integrate into PHPBB. As far as I can tell I just put a module into a directory of PHPBB without doing anything else. But what should happen? Do I still have two applications which share passwords, or does PHPOpenChat come up in PHPBB, or even does PHPBB come up in openchat? Will guests still be able to use the message board or will they have to be logged in?

10. I tried to log in under my name "michael" it took me ages to work out that someone had tried to put a backdoor into the chatroom - and in so doing had already taken the name I was going to use - if you are going to do this i) choose a name others won't want to use, 2) tell them about it 3) tell them how to delete in case it is not appropriate.

*But otherwise - fantastic!*

12. Oh but I've just been asked can we have something like MSN, with an image which changes to another when they go online?

13. ARGGGGGGGG....... I've just realised you've put an option into the software to turn it off if not used for a while ..... I was going to get annoyed, but I remembered there is a option - let me explain. The idea is for a small group of friends with an interest in a subject to be able to contact each other. In order for it to work, I expect they'll go to the site and then work on other stuff for a few hours. Perhaps one or two times a night another friend will pop in for a private chat for a 10 minutes and leave. The software will be hidden for most of the time, and if it takes a minute or even two to make contact no one is going to complain (too much), but it really needs to make a very distinctive and long drawn out sound as soon as someone comes online so that e.g. you can stop watching TV, or close down another application and start chatting.
