#408 will not send e-mail out e.g to hotmail

hi i can not get phpopenchat to send e-mail out when a user signs up it will send the to local e-mail that are on the same server but not to e.g. garetask@hotmail.com! please help me because i really like this cool program you have made thanks gareth
