#396 postgresql integer

when I trying to make new user in setup installation process, then postgresql errors shows, that invalid input syntax for integer: "")
I skip that, and I could finish installation.
Then in chat, I could make new user without errors, but when I want to login with or without new room, that same error shows up again:

Database error: Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO c_messages VALUES (1, 'chat1', 'SYS enter', '', '1141821424', '', 'sprintf(L_ENTER_ROM, "kaka")')
PostgreSQL error: 0 (ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "")
Session halted.
