#390 Scrolling

Hi

I am using the current version of phpopenchat with Suse 9.1, php and Plesk.

I checked a few other sites that is running the same version of phpopen chat and when the screen gets full you have to keep forcing the screen to go to the bottom by clicking and draging the scroll bar down.

I also tried turning the scroll speed to off in the configure option and that did not correct the problem. I am using the current version of IE.
