#385 Page cannot be displayed

After successfully installing PHPOpenChat I go to
longin with the 'operator' account and after I click go
I get the 'Page Cannot Be Displayed'. But if I hit
'refresh' it shows that 'operator' is logged in. But I
can't do anything. Everything is installed correctly
with no errors.
