PHPOpenchat uses XHTML 1.0 syntax and Firefox 1.5 enforces
the consequent deprecation of "name" attributes and use of
"id" attributes. This applies also to frameset objects (frames).
Therefore, in the template file "frameset.tpl" the <frame>
tags need both "name" ( for older browsers) and "id"
attributes (for Firefox 1.5 compliance).
