I installed your script here:

The installation script phase 1,
deletes config.inc.php such that phase 2 fails.

I must manually edit config.inc.php
and create the table, then I must
chmod 444 config.inc.php
then phase 2/3/4 works...

Also, on Windows hosting ./tmp cannot be 777,
only 666 [there's no such thing as 777,
permissions are always faked as 666],
and the program fails.

Once the program is installed, I cannot see people
in the "user list" from other IP addresses
only their posted messages.

The administration link in the chat panel is broken,
"404 - page not found".

If someone "close the browser",
the user is still alive...
[in this case I closed Firefox and I still see myself
online on IE, even if I close both browser and relogin
on IE...]

I'm also wondering how we can disable/remove features,
change the theme and port it to PostgreSQL 8.1,
at least schema wise.
