#316 Undefined variable: bot in

When a usr selects private chat on another user a blank box pops up with the following content inside.

Notice: Undefined variable: bot in C:\Webserver\Chat\include\class.Chatter.inc on line 592

Any chance on a fix for this as the whole point of using this system was for the private chat feature.
