when chosen not english language (russian, whose not intersects with latin alphabet, for example) recipient EVERYBODY in main chat output window is show wrong: character count is right, but letter shapes are from latin character table (i.e., in russian EVERYBODY must be 'vsem' (eng transc-on), char count is right (4), but letters are not russian)
althrough all other russian messages display correctly
