#275 Can't install

Hey, in page 2 of install.php, it says:
Warning: main(config.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mmxii/public_html/delta/chat/install.php on line 2

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mmxii/public_html/delta/chat/install.php on line 2

I've downloaded adodb 4.6.1 also. Can you please help me? Thanks.

it said POC cannot find your path to config.inc.php.
check install.php and find out what is your path setting
