#242 XML error

I managed to install phpopenchat and after getting a
few errors i finally found a fix to it after searching
through here...

i now have an XML problem...

stream: No such file or directory in
<b>\\nas13ent\domains\e\esalliance.co.uk\user\htdocs\c

the thing I don't understand is... the .tpl part is just
the extension for the template files.. and in that
directory there are a lot of .tpl files...

can someone please give some advice on this matter as
it is stumping me left right and center..
