#219 missing file forums.tpl?

I get the following error when I attempt to use just
the chatdirectory/ instead of chatdirectory/index.php

get_template(/clients/LUN/www/htdocs/forums/chat/include/templates/openchat/forums.tpl):
failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
<b>/clients/LUN/www/htdocs/forums/chat/include/class.Template.inc</b>
on line <b>331</b><br />

Since no forums.tpl file exists in this release or the
last release, does anyone know how to fix this?
