#169 where is chat.tpl

When I run phpopenchat at http://www.yorku.ca/yuehchin/apps/chat/phpopenchat without specifying index.php at the end, I got this error:

Warning: Failed opening '/rmounts/vol0-nas/yorkweb/webs/yuehchin/MyWebSite/apps/chat/phpopenchat/include/templates/openchat/%7Eyuehchin/apps/chat.tpl' for inclusion (include_path='.:') in /rmounts/vol0-nas/yorkweb/webs/yuehchin/MyWebSite/apps/chat/phpopenchat/include/class.Template.inc on line 331

I couldn't find the chat.tpl file anywhere, nor can I find it from line 331 in class.Template.inc

However, If I run phpopenchat by typing the full web address (http://www.yorku.ca/yuehchin/apps/chat/phpopenchat/index.php), I didn't get the error.

What could be the problem?
