#127 Probelms with Registration

I was unable to register users because a mail could not be sent to their e-mail address. I don't not know what caused this problem, however I wanted you to be aware of it. Also there was a problem with moving the tools pane into it's own window and back again. When moving it back into the chat window the chatter is automaticaly kicked form the room.
