#1 I don't know how to upload a file

I am strugling to put the Spanish Language Module for
PHPOpenChat zip file in this server so people can
download it.

I don't see any information about upload files.
I found something about sending files via FTP, that I
used but...

I am attaching the module file.

Also, is it possible to put a HTML page as home page to
explain about this module, etc?
