#1 major bug with phponline 1.4 under PHP 4.3.7, MySQL 4.0.20

Hi,

First of all, thanks for your excelent script which helps a
lot to give support to the site users.

This email is to report you a major bug with phponline
1.4 running under PHP 4.3.7 and MySQL 4.0.20 (The
latest versions).

We have been using your script from 3 months ago and
it have worked fine, however, once we updated the PHP
and MySQL it started to have a missbehaviour.

Once you are chatting with a visitor, your messages as
operator starts to be repited so that with each new
message it shows all the previous messages from the
operator which causes a lot of confusion. Here is a
sample...

You> how are you?
Client> pretty good, what is your hotmail?
You> How are you?
You> me@hotmail.com
Client> and your phone?
You> How are you?
You> me@hotmail.com
You>55555555

Instead of just sending the last message which is
55555555 it starts from the begining, again and again.

We will appreciate your support on this matter so that
we could fix it. Thanks in advance for your help.
