Thanks for making available this piece of software. Do you have a demo page available? I have created the database and the administration works well but am unable to figure out how to get a poll to work on a .php. I have placed an include (<? include ("userpolls.inc.php"); ?>) in the sample index.php file but this is not the answer it appears.

download the latest version, and make sure there is a valid poll being accessed. (i.e, check the starttime and stoptime)
