Making pngblob work with php8 and some more mysql logging.

Removed obsolete and now broken support for hitta.se and multimap.
Added support for bing.
Added comment about opensource license in settings.php-sample.

Changed license from GPL to AGPL
Now seems to work with PHP version 7.
