Added support for default URL in layar.

Adding anchor links to poi list table. These anchors will be used from layar.

Increased size of imageURL to 100x75

Resizing too big icons to max width and height 64 in layar.

Fixed line end in address when presented on different lines in layar.

Fixed url and made selected_database case insensitive

imageURL now works at layar publishing test site, unfortunately it still doesn't
work in the mobile phone layar application.
