Preparing a new release.

Increased size of imageURL to 100x75

Resizing too big icons to max width and height 64 in layar.

Fixed line end in address when presented on different lines in layar.

Fixed url and made selected_database case insensitive

imageURL now works at layar publishing test site, unfortunately it still doesn't
work in the mobile phone layar application.

Added comment and address to layar

Now also adding actions for phone and web to layar.

Now encoding titles in layar with utf-8.
Only giving pois withing range as result to layar
