[phpodpworld-users] PHP version 4.x support

Dear all,

According to the phpodpworld home page, PHP 4.3 or better is required.
However, the function str_ireplace is used in the file
functions.inc.php. This function is only present in PHP 5 as I
understand. Any comments?
