Lots of errors and no features are working...

I am getting errors when I try to access all the features....

Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in /home/crescen1/public_html/crusthaven/new/library/forum.php on line 5

When I enter the database name I then get:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getgroupinfo() on a non-object in /home/crescen1/public_html/crusthaven/new/library/newgallery.php on line 5

Just wondering what I can do to fix these things?

  Also, the base directory path is getting inserted into the confirmation URLs in the emails so they don't work.
