feel free to make a turkish translation, we will post it in
the next release of phpNewsReader, with your name as
a contributor.

I've had a look on your website www.2004c.net/news
I don't know wich charset use turkish language, but it
seems to be ok with iso8859-1.
To be compatible with everybody, you may use utf8
numbers for specials characters (ex: ù).

We let you decide about this because we don't speek one
word of turkish :p . So, you are the specialist.
