Fine, so phpnewslist-devel seems to work fine.
Remember always to reply to the list when we discuss topics on the
mailing lists itself, if not the reply answer will just be sent to the
original E-Mail author and not to the list itself.
I'm currently coding on the blacklist support for phpNewsList 1.3.
An user can actually blacklist itself using the public.php interface,
code is in the CVS:

As public.php is the userland interface blacklist.php will be the admin
counterpart to list current blacklisted users and perform tasks on them.
We also should think about updating the phpNewsList website itself

CVS, module: website.
