#2 Problem with the User Register

I am having problems with the User registration. At a
time, it was fine but now it is having problems. It wont
let people register to my site. Once the user types in
there info, it gives them an error that says that the
username is taken. I myself have tried just to see for
myself and I have received the same results. I was
wondering where might I find the solution to this
problem?
