phpMyVersion 0.0.2-pre-alpha released

Much of the structure of the project has now been revamped and somewhat less procedural. Some database structure has also been added, but currently not used. Several SQL parsing issues have been fixed for multi-line queries.
This is still a demonstration of the idea rather than anything useful just yet, but more will be coming soon.
