Umlaute sind für UTF-8 konvertiert!

phpMyTicket schickt auch einen UTF-8-Header mit.
Wenn in Apache "AddDefaultCharset" auf z.B. ISO-8859-1
gesetzt ist, überschreibt diese Einstellung die UTF-8
Einstellung und es kommt zu Darstellungsfehlern der
Umlaute!
