#11 UTF-8 data in PDF

If data in your database is saved utf-8 coded
(Example: Musterstraße instead of Musterstraße) you
will get in trouble with your pdf-files.
The PDF-Generator in phpMyTicket can not handle UTF-8.

I made an easy workaround.
