#4 Add members using csv file upload option

I have tried to upload member profiles using the csv format as mentioned.

Everything goes smoothe and is very self explanatory.

At the end it says that it has successfully updated.

But when you save changes and go back to the members menu, nothing has been modified (ie. no members have been uploaded).

I have looked into the tables of the database, and nothing has been added to it.

Using version 1.3
PHP 5.x
Mysql
IIS server 6
On Windows Server 2k3
