#16 php error?

I've tried installing a number of ways, and I keep getting these strange errors on when my main page loads......

MAGES PATH /phpmyprepaid/www/images
PHPMYPREPAID PATH /var/www/phpmyprepaid
LOC ID 1 USER STATUS 3

shows up at the top of the page

and the main body gets pushed all the way to the bottem of the page and has this on top of it...
