Secong scream for help???

The Mysql datebase is wrong. After ainstall you cant login.
This is apported in Bugs at 2005-09-20, 2005-09-03 and 2005-12-03

I don't understand step 5. In the folder 'pmh/sql/' you find
the .sql files to kickstart your DB. Choose the right one:
- pg.pmh.sql is for PostgreSQL
- my.pmh.sql is for MySQL
Dump it into your DB (Commonly from the console. E.g.
bash#: psql [dbname] < pg.pmh.sql).

of install instructions, what exactly I need to do?

execute the file my.pmh.sql in mysql database using sql query if your using mysql databse. excute it in phpmyadmin
