	If you are able to generate HTML documentation from DocBook SGML 
sources, you can do it and read extension chapter, where is report extension 
well-described.

	If not, don't worry. Just include extension class instead of
phpMyEdit core file. So you will write something like

require_once 'extensions/phpMyEdit-report.class.php';

	Another usage is similar to base phpMyEdit class.
