Chun, We have gotten a file upload feature to work (for uploading images to a server directory - not the DB and adding a link in the DB to the file). I do not have time to explain the code or offer help (my PHP programmer did it for me), but I would be willing to share the code if the core PHPMyEdit developer could review it and integrate it into the next release of PHPMyEdit.
