[PHPMyEdit-Discuss] list activity level, bugs, and features

Hello.

I just joined the list.
Because the list isn't archived, I can't get the
answers to some questions without asking them here.
Hopefully they aren't in the "FAQ" category :)

1)
What's the activity level on this list?
2)
Do people tend to discuss possible bugs on here
first, and then they get posted on the sourceforge
tracker, or is the intent that if you think there
is a bug you post it first, then refer to that
posting if you want to discuss in on this list?
3)
Same as #2, but for feature requests.

I took a 'quick look' at phpMyEdit earlier this
year, but didn't end up using it. Now I'm taking
another look, using 5.1.
So far I've found 1 major bug, 1 minor bug, and
a couple of possible bugs. There are also some
features relating to installation/configuration
issues that I think should be added.
I may be able to help out with the development.
