[PHPMyEdit-Discuss] Help for participating in phpMyEdit project

Hello,

I would like to propose some improvements to phpMyEdit program but I have
never participated in such a project. How can I get the source and commit
them. I installed WinCVS 1.3 on my machine but don't see how to configure it
to access the project.

I already corrected the French language file and would like to commit it (I
join it to this mail).

Could someone tell me the steps to follow, please. I use Windows 2000.
