	Well, I'm quite unsure about the version of phpMyEdit you use.  
Multilanguage support was added by John McCreesh in 3.5 release and it
remains till this day (current are 5.1 stable and 5.1.7 development).

	French translation of phpMyEdit was already done by unknown author,
but anyway you are welcome with improving it and translating untrasnlated
expressions. Check lang/ subdirectory in distribution and/or CVS repository.
