Second phpMyDoc Release

Rejoice, for version 0.0.2 of phpMyDoc, the MySQL documentation interface for PHP, has been released.

Look for new options, compatibility with systems requiring long PHP tags and a spiffy French translation of the entire interface.

The new localized environment opens the way for more translations to be added. Please check inside the tarball for detailed instructions on gaining fame and fortune by submitting your own translations.
