#2 Redundant data

First there is no comment at any fields in a table. When
adding comment in a field, a record corrosponding to the
field is added, but the other untouch fields where the
comment is null also are added. This is redundant data!!

Second after adding the comment and clearing all
comments in any fields, the corrosponding records in the
database are still in place. They should be deleted to be
appropriate implementation (I think).
